1. What do you sharpen?

We sharpen kitchen knives, scissors, garden tools, woodworking chisels, and specialty knives like hunting and Damascus steel blades.

2. How long does sharpening take?

Turnaround is usually 24 hours once we have received the blades from the courier or drop off. Mobile sharpening is completed during your booking and typically takes about 30 mi to an hour for up to 20 knives.

3. Can you fix damaged blades?

Yes. We repair chipped cutting edges and broken knife tips,

4. How often should I sharpen my knives?

Home knives should be sharpened every 3–6 months. Professionals and chefs may need sharpening monthly or more frequently.

1. How does the mobile service work?

We come to you up to 50km from Cape Town. Sharpening is done on-site for your convenience, with no mess or fuss.

2. Can I drop off my tools instead?

Yes, we offer secure drop-off by appointment. The address is 29 Alicante Avenue, Table View. Get your knives back the following day.

3. Do you offer nationwide service?

Yes! Our mail-in service allows you to send your blades from anywhere in South Africa. We sharpen and courier them back.

4. Which areas do you cover for mobile?

We service most of Cape Town and surrounds, including City Bowl, Northern & Southern Suburbs, Paarl, Stellenbosch and the Atlantic Seaboard.
