chef’s knives
A chef’s or cooks knife gets used most often. It easily slices, dices, chops and minces most of your favourite ingredients. Keeping them sharp will not only improve your performance in the kitchen but will also help you avoid little mishaps that will leave you with a cut finger.
They are generally about 20cm in blade length and we sharpen these to a bevel angle of 15-20 degrees per side for the best results.
